The city of Charlotte will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Providence Presbyterian Church on 10140 Providence Church Lane regarding their recent survey study and plans for a sidewalk along Ballantyne Commons Parkway potentially stretching from McKee Road Elementary School to Rea Road.
Notices from the city will go in the mail next week to any residents who live within a quarter mile of this project. There will be a brief presentation made at this meeting of the project followed by questions and input.
This endeavor is wonderful news especially for our children who unsafely cross Ballantyne Commons Parkway to get to JM Robinson Middle School as there is currently no sidewalk.
