CAM (Carolina Association Management, Inc.) is preparing to mail a notice for the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Providence Arbours Homeowners Association. HOA members will be receiving their notices in the next few days.
Time: Sign-In at 6:45 PM / Meeting at 7:00 PM
Place: Providence Spring Elementary School (10045 Providence Church Lane)
Purpose: To update the community on business affairs of the HOA, to review year-to-date financials, to approve the 2009 budget and to elect 2 new board members
The Providence Arbours HOA Board encourages members to submit agenda items and to consider serving on the Board. See forthcoming details in your mailer from CAM.
