The Providence Arbours HOA Annual Meeting is scheduled for this coming Tuesday evening, 10/21.
Time: Sign-In at 6:45 PM / Meeting at 7:00 PM
Place: Providence Spring Elementary School (10045 Providence Church Lane)
Purpose: To update the community on business affairs of the HOA, to review year-to-date financials, to approve the 2009 budget and to elect 2 new board members
The Providence Arbours HOA Board encourages members to submit agenda items and to consider serving on the Board. For more information, please review the information that CAM (Carolina Association Management) mailed to each HOA member household at the beginning of October.
As part of Providence Arbours’ ongoing commitment to working together as neighbors to minimize crime, the Neighborhood Watch has invited CMPD to participate in this year’s annual meeting. Sargeant Bob Cooke and Officer James Russell (our Community Coordinator for CMPD’s South Division) will provide an update on CMPD’s restructuring and commentary on crime trends and statistics in our area.
