CAM (Carolina Association Management, Inc.) has mailed a notice for the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Providence Arbours Homeowners Association. HOA members should have received their notices at the end of last week.
Time: Sign-In at 6:15 PM / Meeting at 6:30 PM

Purpose: To update the community on business affairs of the HOA, to review year-to-date financials, to approve the 2010 budget and to elect 3 board members.
The Providence Arbours HOA Board encourages members to submit agenda items and to consider serving on the Board. Please note that nomination forms must be received by CAM no later than Thursday, October 22, 2009. See details in your mailer from CAM.
