Be sure to review the NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING (as prepared by Julie Shadrick of Henderson Properties on behalf of the HOA Board) that was delivered to your home earlier this week by the US Postal Service.
Purpose of Meeting
- To discuss neighborhood updates, initiatives and other business
- To review year-to-date financial information
- To approve the 2012 Operating Budget for the Association
- To elect/appoint four (4) Board Members
Important Dates & Times
- Monday, October 24, 2011: Nomination forms for Board positions and/or the Architectural Review Committee are due to Henderson Properties
- Monday, October 24, 2011: Proxy forms (for those HOA members who can’t attend the Annual Meeting) are due to Henderson Properties. You are also welcome to drop off Proxy forms in the newspaper box of HOA President Patti Weber at 10419 Haddonshire Lane.
- Tuesday, October 25, 2011: Registration for the Annual Meeting begins at 6:15 pm at the Providence Spring Elementary School Media Room.
- Tuesday, October 25, 2011: Annual Meeting begins promptly at 6:30 pm
