As required in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) for Providence Arbours, your HOA retains an Architectural Review Committee. This committee serves to approve plans pertaining to (but not limited to): construction, reconstruction, remodeling, alteration, roofing or addition to any structure, building, fence, wall, drive or walkway or exterior color change projects.
To provide further clarifications of the CC&Rs, the following Architectural Control Guidelines were adopted. Please refer to the CC&Rs and Architectural Control Guidelines when submitting a Request for Architectural Approval form. How do I obtain approval from the Architectural Review Committee? You must complete a “Request for Architectural Approval” form and submit the form (with required samples, drawings, etc. as applicable) to Julie Shadrick, Community Association Manager, at Henderson Properties, Inc. How long does the approval process take once I submit a “Request for Architectural Approval” form? 30 days from the time that the form, along with all required samples, drawings, etc. are submitted.
