The Board of Directors of the Providence Arbours Homeowners Association holds an Annual Meeting every fall in which all HOA members are invited (and encouraged) to attend.
In addition to the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors holds Business Meetings numerous times throughout the year to meet the needs of the neighborhood. The board will post Meeting Minutes to the HOA’s website (in a password protected area) in a timely basis after completing a business meeting.
